Personal attention to detail.Will make the menu to your liking. Most parties have 10-15 different appetizers. Low overhead so I can charge $30 a hour and materials. I have more than 20 years expierence in the food bussiness.
General Prices: For catering I charge time and materials of a rate of $30 a hour. For personal cheffing $325 for five differnt entree with 5 portions and sides.
