We are offering very authentic Memphis style BBQ, all of our meats are prime choice and slow cooked and Hickory smoked in our unique BBQ pit.
*General Prices:Our catering precises average without drinks only food per person $10.00 this of course changes according to what type of food it would be exactly, (ribs are more expensive then pulled pork)
We used to supply only pulled pork sandwiches at street festivals, beer fests, wines fests some music events with our BBQ pit that was on the trailer. We did this for 3 years, than 2006 November we opened our restaurant in Hoboken since than we are serving babyback ribs, wings, chicken, pulled pork, sliced beef brisket, and very delicious home made sides...
